At Nini's Treasure Trove, we dedicate ourselves to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our products. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so although we do not accept returns, we offer a comprehensive exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that does not meet your standard of quality, you may be eligible for an exchange. Here's how our exchange process works:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as one of a kind, personalized and/or customized products.
2. Notification: If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Please submit them to [email protected].
3. Review: Once we receive your exchange request, our team will review it to ensure it meets our policy standards. This process typically takes 5-10 business days.
4. Approval & Exchange: If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
