What’s eligible for exchange
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Final sale: one‑of‑a‑kind, personalized, and custom pieces can’t be exchanged.
How to request an exchange (within 14 days)

We’ll review your request within 5–10 business days and follow up with next steps.
If your exchange is approved
We’ll send clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please wait for our email before shipping anything—packages sent without approval can’t be accepted.
Shipping for exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send items back. Original shipping is non‑refundable.
